Income & Employment
- Recent pay stubs (last 2–3 months)
- Employment letter or proof of self-employment
- Last 2 years of tax returns (T1 General)
- Notice of Assessment from CRA
- Proof of pension or retirement income (if applicable)
Identification
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's licence or passport)
- Secondary ID (health card, SIN card)
- Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
About the RV
- Year, make, model, and VIN of the RV
- Purchase price or dealer invoice
- RV inspection report (for used RVs)
- RV insurance quote
Financial Information
- Details of existing debts (car loans, mortgage, credit cards)
- Bank account information for direct debit
- Down payment amount and source
- Pre-approval letter from another lender (if you have one)
